DETAILED PRE-CONSTRUCTION PLANNING & PROBLEM SOLVING
In this phase, we’re involved in everything from assisting the architect in writing specs and reviewing project details to collaborating with consultants on how we can help integrate our products and services into the project design.

DEDICATED PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We dedicate one or more people to a project who have responsibility for all aspects of the project. Our experience has shown that having a project manager benefits the project overall by increasing quality, reducing cost and managing the schedule.
